At EnviSpark we take all complaints seriously, and aim to resolve them in a timely manner.
We have a detailed complaints procedure in place to support you with any issues you may be facing.
Firstly please follow the steps below for out team to handle your complaint. Please let us know the nature of the complaint as well as leaving your contact details so the team can be in touch.
We aim to acknowledge your complaint the same day.
If the complaint is more serious we will pass it to the management team where it will be discussed internally.
